GCSE Results Day 2020

A message from the Principal:
"Today our Year 11 pupils received their examination results and despite the confusion nationally surrounding the awarding of grades, it has been a wonderful morning and a great opportunity to celebrate the hard work of our pupils. Pupils and parents attended individual, socially distanced appointments throughout the morning in which they collected their grades and discussed the next steps in their education. Whilst in previous years pupils have collected results en masse, having the opportunity to spend time with individual students to discuss their grades and future choices worked extremely well and was a truly joyous occasion. It was a real celebration of pupil's hard work during their time at Ark Kings and the relief, joy and happiness was a real privilege to be part of. There were many outstanding individual sets of exam results, testament to the hard work and dedication of the pupils, well supported by our teachers and non-teachers in school. We wish our Year 11 leavers the best of luck for their future."
