Government Statement 16/03/2020:

  • The Government has announced that we have moved from the ‘Contain’ to ‘Delay’ phase of managing Coronavirus. It has said that schools will remain open at the moment.
  • No school should close in response to a suspected (or confirmed) COVID-19 case unless directed to do so by Public Health England.
  • There is new guidance relating to symptoms as follows; Anyone with a new continuous cough or a high temperature should stay at home for 7 days. Read the NHS advice about staying at home.

Government information regarding coronavirus

The Government is currently issuing information about the coronavirus which may impact anyone who has travelled in affected areas during the half term holiday. If you have visited any affected area, or have come into contact with anyone who has, please read the letter below and follow the advice given within it.
