Welcome to Ark Kings Academy

Ark Kings is an all-through school for children aged 3 to 16, located in the heart of Kings Norton. We are proud to serve our local community and to provide a continuous educational journey from Nursery through to Year 11.

Our all-through model enables us to build deep relationships with our pupils and families, to know every child exceptionally well, and to deliver a coherent, ambitious curriculum that supports their development over time. From those first early steps in Nursery to GCSE success, we are able to shape confident, knowledgeable and well-rounded young people.

My mission is clear: to create a school where every child thrives within a safe, happy and inclusive community, and where nothing limits our academic aspirations. We are highly ambitious for all pupils. We value rigour, deep curriculum thinking and the delivery of consistently high-quality lessons. Our curriculum is carefully sequenced to ensure strong core knowledge acquisition, enabling pupils to think deeply, make connections and succeed over time.

Alongside academic success, we are committed to providing enriching experiences that broaden horizons and develop the whole child. We nurture enquiring minds and develop young people who are curious, thoughtful and prepared to contribute positively as citizens of the future.
