I was delighted to be appointed as Secondary Principal in March 2022. I joined Ark Kings from Ark Boulton, a school which saw rapid improvement during my time there as Vice-Principal and Interim Principal.

We offer an exciting and aspirational all-through curriculum for ages 3 to 16. Our curriculum is carefully planned and sequenced to ensure that our pupils develop and grow their knowledge throughout their whole school career.
Our curriculum extends well beyond the classroom and we offer a wide range of enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities. These include trips to the theatre, places of worship and museums; sporting events; visiting performers and speakers; pupil leadership opportunities, and many more.
The relationships we have with our parents are critical; we know that we must all work together for each and every child to meet - and exceed - expectations. We regularly welcome our parents into school to engage with their child's learning through a variety of curriculum workshops, parents’ evenings and meetings.
As part of the Ark network, our school benefits from strong links with the wider network of schools. Our staff receive high quality training and support which is recognised as being among the best in the country, and our pupils have opportunities to take part in network-wide activities – enhancing their school experience.
