Our aims

At Ark Kings Academy, our Religious Education curriculum strives towards the following aims:

  1. Pupils build knowledge about various religious and non-religious traditions
  2. Pupils learn ‘how to know’ about religion and non-religion
  3. Pupils build an awareness of their own beliefs and values about the religious and non-religious traditions they study
  4. Pupils become knowledgeable about and respect different faiths, religions and non-religious tradition
